Tawheed — Al-Awwal and Al-Akhir: Allah the First and Last
وَلِلَّهِ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا
And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them. (Quran 7:180)
Lesson for Corps Members
This week's tawheed theme — Tawheed — Al-Awwal and Al-Akhir: Allah the First and Last — deepens our understanding of how Allah's names and attributes apply to our lived experience. When we know Allah's name that is most relevant to our current condition and call on Him by it, our du'a is more sincere and our trust is more grounded. Spend time this week learning one new name of Allah and applying it to your situation.
